Lust Have It August Box Review
Lust Have It are an Australian beauty sample subscription company. I subscribed on and off to their Women's Beauty Box which costs $19.95 AUD per month, for at least 5 beauty samples.
August was Lust Have It's birthday box so I have been looking forward to seeing what I was going to get, since usually companies do something more special for their anniversary editions. Sadly I didn't get my box until the 1st of September but I guess it was only a day late.
What was is my box:
BIO ELIXIA Body Shaper Stretch Mark Diminishing Cream (RRP $39 AUD for 125ml) Full sized product
I do have a few stretch marks (I've had a baby) so I will be using this product. To be honest I don't think my stretch marks are that noticeable (my partner told me that he didn't even think I had any). I wonder if this cream will do anything to reduce scars which is something I am a bit more concerned about since I have recently had surgery.
ELEVEN AUSTRALIA Miracle Hair Treatment (RRP $24.95 AUD for 125ml) Full sized product
This was the sneak peek product for the birthday box, and lots were subscribers were excited about this treatment. I do not buy many many hair products, so the only time I use hair treatments is if I have received one in a subscription box. I am kind of interested in seeing what this product like to see what all the fuss it about.
ESSENZZA FUSS FREE NATURALS Facial Cleansing Wipes (RRP $6.95 AUD for 25 wipes, RRP $2.50 AUD for mini wipe packs) Full sized pack and mini wipe pack
I like getting facial cleansing wipes for those moments when I can not be bothered doing a full cleansing routine, or when I am wearing waterproof make up.Essenzza's wipes are parabens or sulphates free, which is appealing to me. These wipes are textured on one side so these sound different to most other wipes in the market.
BIODERMA Crealine H20 (RRP $29.99 AUD for 250ml) Sample size
This cleaning solution seems to be very popular among beauty bloggers so I am glad that I have finally received a sample of this product. I am looking forward to trying this out.
MARSK Eyeshadow Brush Pro-Line (RRP $28.95 AUD) Full sized product
I always get excited about receiving make up brushes in subscription boxes, especially since I don't have much of a collection at the moment. This brush feels a bit light, but I am sure I will be using this a lot in the future.
There were also bonus discount vouchers that were included in the August box.
Verdict:
I think the the August box was great value and I will be using every item that was included except for the vouchers. Most of the items are full sized products and in turn I think I got great value for the $19.95 that I paid for this box. This is not an outstanding box to me but I think it is a good box.
I have unsubscribe to Lust Have It at the moment. I just feel like I have so many products and samples that I need to get through.
Disclaimer:
I brought this box with my own money and therefore my opinion is my own.

Lust Have It July 2014 Beauty Box Review
Lust Have It is a Australian
beauty sample subscription box service. For the last year I have been
subscribing on and off to their Women’s beauty box. For the price of $19.95 a
month including delivery subscribers receive 5-7 deluxe samples.
WHAT WAS IN MY BOX:
CATWALK BY TIGI Session Series
Styling Cream (RRP $29 AUD for 150ml) Full size product
To be honest I don’t really use
styling products in my hair, since I am a stay at home parent I don’t often
feel the need to. I’m not that excited to see this product but since I have it
now I’m sure I will make use of it. I do think it smells wonderful, so that is
a plus.
MARSK Mineral Eye Shadow (RRP
$24.95 AUD for 1.2g) Full size product
The was the item that Lust Have It
allowed their subscribers to choose the colour of, and I chose the golden shade
‘Rich List’. I really like the change that Lust Have It has made to allow
people to choose which item they would prefer. I have to admit I am not a big
wearer of eye shadow, so I am not sure if I will wear this or pass it on to
someone else. I just chose ‘Rich List’ because I thought that if I did happen
to use this eye shadow I would be more likely to use the golden shade than the
black one.
AVEDA Intensive Hydrating Masque
(RRP $79.95 AUD for 150ml) Sample size
I’ve had this sample before and I
think I liked it. I do remember liking that it was a clear mask treatment so
that my partner and daughter didn’t tease me for wearing it around the house. I
wished the sample was a bit larger so you could give it a decent try.
ARDELL Self-adhesive fake
eyelashes (RRP $9.99 for one pair) Full size product
I am not that into fake eyelashes,
and whenever I try them after getting them in a subscription box I can never
get them on properly. Maybe I will have better luck with these ones because
there is no need to add glue to them since they are self-adhesive. I will have
to check at a tutorial on you tube, so fingers crossed that I might be
successful this time.
DESIGNER BRANDS Nail Polish (RRP
$6.99 AUD for 12ml) Full size product
My nail polish is a silver glitter
one which I quite like, except I just brought a silver glitter nail polish a
month ago ha ha. Oh well I guess I will probably pass this on since it takes me
a very long time to get through a bottle of nail polish.
VERDICT
For me this month was a bit
disappointing mainly due to my taste in products, which is a shame since the
July box had 4 full size products and normally I would probably be very excited
with that prospect. The full sized products only were worth $70.93 so for the
$19.95 it is great value. However I’m just not that into eye shadows, hair
styling products, or fake eyelashes and I already had a nail polish that exact
colour. I am sure other people would be
thrilled with this month’s selection but it was a miss for me. I do like the
makeup bag this month; it was a hot pink mesh bag which I think I will be using
a lot (much better than last month’s make up bag).
Next month is Lust Have It’s
birthday box so hopefully it will be a great box. I think after the August box
I will probably unsubscribe from Lust Have It for a little while, since I have
not been impressed with the boxes for June or July.

P.S Sorry I am not sure why some of my photos are rotated the wrong way.

June Lust Have It Women Box Review 2014
Lust Have It is an Australian
beauty sample subscription service, which for the price of $19.95 you will receive 5-6 samples a
month (and ocassionaly a full size product). I have been subscribing on and off with
their Women’s Box for about a year now.
This month I did not get my box
until July. Delays with shipping seem to be quite common with Lust Have It. Each month Lust Have It package their 'boxes' in make up bags which are somewhat useful (they use to come in boxes).
TEEEZ TRENDY COSMETICS Head Over
Heel Nail Lacquer (RRP $18 AUD 7ml) Full sized product
This nail polish from Teeez is the
product that I am most excited about this month. My nail lacquer came in the
shade ‘Carmine Craze’ a maroon colour. I have a few Teeez products already and
I love them so I am sure this nail polish will be good as well. I just love the
effort that Teeez puts into the packaging, since I think they look awesome.
JOHN PULUKETT Glyco Peel (RRP $29.95
AUD 15ml) Full sized product
This is a full sized product of a
night time exfoliator. I was a bit wary of using this product since my skin is
a bit sensitive at times; however this says that it is suitable for all skin
types. There is special instructions for people with sensitive skin (to wash
off after 1 minute) so I will probably give this a try and see how it goes.
LA ROCHE POSAY Effaclar Duo (RRP
$27.95 AUD 40ml) Sample size 3ml
This cream is supposed to reduce
imperfections and unclog pores in 30 days. This is only a tiny sample so my
hopes are not too high that I will begin to see a difference by using only 3ml.
I have used La Roche Posay samples before and have really liked them, so maybe
I will be impressed by this too.
ORLY Nail file (RRP $1.95 AUD per
set) and toe separators (RRP $4.95 AUD) Full sized products
I’m a bit indifferent to getting
these. I think I will probably use the nail files but the toe separators will most
likely not be used.
NUXE Crème Nivanesque and Crème
Nivanesque Eye Contour 2ml sample sizes
I haven’t tried any Nuxe products
before so I am interested in trying these sachets out. The only problem is that
they are very small samples so I don’t know if I will be able to tell if it is worth buying the full size products. The eye contour is supposed to reduce
dark circles around the eye, so I am curious if it will do anything for my
eyes.
HELLO FRESH $30 Voucher
Hello Fresh is a service that
sends you ingredients and recipes to make meals at home. I have received one of these vouchers before
and considered using it, except I lost my voucher. The only problem is that even
with $30 voucher you need to spend around $30 to trial the service. I don’t mind getting this voucher but I think
some people might not be that impressed with getting a food voucher in a beauty
box.
Honestly I feel a little
indifferent to the June Lust Have It box. It is okay but nothing really excites
me this month, the only thing I kind of liked was the nail polish and glycol
peel. I guess the value of the box is worth the $19.95 and I will most likely use most of the items.
